Invoice Downloader support.
Contact support@mythandbyte.com. Include the extension version, Chrome version, selected export format and the steps that led to the problem. Do not send license keys, Amazon credentials, invoices, full reports, order IDs, or addresses.
Start with a small scan.
After installation from the final verified store listing, open ordinary English Amazon.com Your Orders, accept the extension disclosure, select the source tab, and use This page → Scan first. Inspect warnings before exporting. Month, Quarter and Full year scan the selected year; their dates use order dates.
Check downloads before retrying.
Chrome may prompt for each file. Keep the invoice tab free of DevTools while printing. Sign-in and CAPTCHA need your attention. Retry unfinished uses stored detected links; use a fresh scan for pages that were never reached. Clearing local history removes tracking, not your exported files.
Free and Pro.
The planned free allowance is five successful invoice documents each calendar month, shared by PDF, CSV and combined exports. Scans are free. After launch, activate Pro in the extension with your Gumroad license key. Do not send your key to support.
License checks and account recovery.
Pro rechecks use a 24-hour interval. A connection failure can retain previously verified access for up to seven days from the last successful check, bounded by a known membership end. An explicitly invalid license receives no grace. Check your connection, then use Recheck; never send a key to support.
Clear local history keeps quota and license records. If account storage is unreadable, exports pause. Explicit account-vault recovery removes the saved key and treats the current month’s free allowance as fully used. Unknown download completions stay reserved until reviewed; check Downloads before resolving them.
Billing and refunds.
Pro is $19/year and renews annually until cancelled. Review cancellation, taxes and refund terms on Gumroad before purchase. Use your Gumroad receipt to manage a purchase. Contact support with a receipt reference if needed, without sharing payment details or license keys. No refund promise is established by this preview.
